Biography
Pippa Campbell is a Functional Nutritionist, Naturopath and Nutrigenomics practitioner, pioneering a new approach within her specialist area of female health. Her extensive knowledge over 15 years of working directly with clients, enables her to help busy people find and treat the root causes of their health, hormone or weight issues through bespoke nutrition, weight loss and lifestyle programmes.
Pippa is a keen home cook and believes that what you eat has a profound impact on your physiological, psychological and emotional well being. She has helped thousands of women improve their health through dietary changes. Originally from London, Pippa now practices globally online with her team of practitioners. She uses her proven technique, the Pippa Campbell Method, to help women of all ages.

Having suffered with chronic gut issues and PMT from a young age which was resolved through nutritional changes, Pippa understands what it feels like to have hormonal imbalances and unresolved gut problems.She often uses DUTCH Hormone testing and DNA testing to establish what may be at the root cause of weight issues, hormonal imbalances and many other health conditions.

Pippa's core belief is that knowing your DNA blueprint allows you to make better choices. Pippa launched her Female Food Club, her women's only online 3 Month Plan, offering women group support in helping them reach their goals. Pippa offers a complete 360° approach to female health Pippa has also spoken at a variety of brand and corporate events for companies such as, Standard Bank, BDO, Ogier Law firm, CNM, Appeal World Drinks, Catalent, The Editors list. She has worked with brands such as Lumen and Dip.

In December 2022, Pippa released her first book, 'Eat Right Lose Weight', which has gone on to be a huge success! 'Eat Right, Lose Weight' introduces women to the Pippa Campbell Method and the 7 Metabolic Types that Pippa believes women fall under.
