Biography
Melanie is a chef and food writer. She was born in Australia, raised between the Austrian mountains and the British countryside, and is now based in London where she lives with her daughter, Lilybee, and their beloved cockapoos, Elsa and Arthur.
She is a Leith's trained chef and host of London supper clubs and cookery classes.

Melanie is the food columnist at Country Life magazine where she has been sharing her recipes in her Kitchen Garden Cook column every week for almost a decade.

Melanie's first book Bundt has been described as 'The Ultimate Bundt Cook Book' with over 120 fabulous recipes for Bundt cakes, ice cream Bundts, breads and bun Bundts for every celebration.
